Jennifer is an experienced Hearing Instrument Specialist (H.I.S.) and a passionate advocate for improving the quality of life in those around her. Founding CPHS in 2011, she has grown her practice into a successful business with multiple satellite offices and Managing Care Coordinators, providing quality office and in-home Hearing Services to Central Pennsylvania and beyond.

After graduating Cumberland Valley High School in 2000, Jennifer attended Penn State University Main Campus and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in 2004. Along with her loving husband, Nate (who also assists in the Mechanicsburg office two days a week), Jen has a sincere passion for animals of all kinds, but especially horses. Together, they own 5 horses, 3 dogs, 2 cats, 7 goats (ask her about Izzy), 13 chickens, and 6 Koi fish on their family farm. Birch Hollow Farm was a conception Jen had dreamed about since a little girl, and brought into reality in 2018.

When Jen isn’t working at the office or on the farm, she enjoys (and is very good at!) interior design, event design, photography and hosting professionals at the farm property, and is widely known for her family’s large Christmas lights display every year, where people drive from all around to admire and experience.
